Modifications to the Harbor Freight bead roller for intercooler piping.  Canfield Industries machined the rollers.  Thanks Chad!  (click on pictures to enlarge)

These dies started out as 3/8" bead dies.

This is the bead it creates on 3" aluminum pipe. Minimum pipe I.D. for these dies are 2.25"

The roller assembly.

The brace added to the assembly to prevent lateral flex.

On the left are the modified dies, on the right are the 1/4" dies from the HF kit.

Notice the washer on the bottom die, it needs to be bigger to made it an easier 1 man operation.  O.D. of washer should be 2.75" and I.D. should be 0.87"
