Hey, Jason - I'm using a VAT yanked from a small VAM.  The bin I'm using is a modified bin from the tuner23 group.  I think it is the most modified one, that will allow a larger injector.  I've also added 2 degrees to the WOT spark adder parameter, and raised the rev limit to 7500.  I'm using a Mach 1 MAF function.  Here's the bin.  Note the WOT spark adder, injector size, and fuel shutoff RPM.  Oh yeah, my distributor is set to 13 degrees, even though the tables all say 10 (so I'm running 3 degrees more advance at all time, and 5 degrees more advance at WOT).  You may want to add some fuel to it to richen it up at WOT, too.
 
You need to use the resdef that is the ultimate MAF conversion one (I don't recall what it is).
