Alex Orlin (Colorado Springs, CO) decided to put his SVO in the up and coming class which was where my car should have been. Alex has a great looking 86 Canyon Red SVO. Are you beginning to see a trend in Colorado Springs SVOs, they all have polished wheels.

Charlie King from Los Alamos, New Mexico drove up to Steamboat Springs with Mark Whitcomb but did not enter the event. Charlie has a better looking SVO then I do and should have shown it. Charlie has been a long time member of Dave Compton's SVO mailing list. It was great to finally meet Charlie!

A tale of two engines, (above) this is probably one of the cleanest stock engines you will find (except for Bud Morton). Mark has one clean SVO. (below) here is a picture of my SVO with the Volvo IC setup.
